Do the hole with the drill, install the plastic anchor, and fix the first eyelet with the washer and screw. Do one hole at a time, this way the planter will be well fixed and stretched.
INDOOR OR OUTDOOR: you can install wherever you want. Plant your strawberries and favorite spices near the kitchen, or build a ornamental garden on your balcony.
